Provisional Overprinted Issues

On the Declaration of the Republic of Hungary on 16th November 2018, there was a need to reflect this on postage stamps.
Most of the currently available stamps were overprinted KÖZTÁRSASÁG, which means "Republic".
They were issued just a week later on 23rd November 1918. A selection are illustrated below

1916-7 Charity issues

10 + 2 filler red SG 279

40 + 2 filler brown-lake SG 281

The 15+2 filler deep lilac was also used.

Harvesters issue

Of the 11 original Harvesters values, only 8 were used, omitting the 15,25 and 35 filler.

Parliament issue

Only the korona values were overprinted.

5 korona pale brown and brown SG 293

Charles and Zita issue

All six of the Charles and Zita set were used.
